Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You can request to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your cancellation request is submitted prior to shipment and within this eligible timeframe, your order will be cancelled successfully and a full refund will be issued.

Order Processing Time: Please note that our standard order handling and processing time is 2 business days after an order is placed. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier and shipped out, the order can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process after receiving the item.
30-Day Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

With proof of purchase (order confirmation / receipt)

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want your order and there is no fault with the product, we can accept a return under the following conditions:

Your return request is made within 30 days of the order date

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You have proof of purchase
For change-of-mind returns:

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at inkartlink@gmail.com if:

You receive the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund (no restocking fee applied in these cases, and we will provide specific instructions or coverage for the return shipping if a return is required).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition, unless there is a defect or issue with the product

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved:
