I have bought this so many times for cute little face freckles! I’m wearing a light foundation in the pictures and they even show under but it’s not too dark. I think I left it on for 3-4 hrs obviously they get darker the longer you wait. I will say I tried to do a lip liner as well and my lips were too sensitive for the henna so I ended up taking it off because it felt like it was burning but it didn’t feel like anything on my face. It does have an odd smell if you’re not used to the smell of henna. After a while the henna inside the package does ’dry out and stops working. I had more than half of the package left and the tip seemed very dry but I tried it anyways and the henna wouldn’t stain anymore. Overall, I love using this product and it stains for a good week just don’t exfoliate and wash the henna’d area gently.
Works really well! The paste is smooth, easy to apply, and the color looks super natural. It lasts longer than expected, so I’m overall very happy with it. Taking off one star only because the tube is a bit smaller than I thought, but it’s still great value for money. Recommended!
The henna stain comes out brown/red not black. It’s a pretty good quality product, decently easy to apply. It STAINS clothes too so beware??
I had wanted henna for a while and this was my first pick. I really recommend researching henna before buying so that you can use it to your best abilities too.This henna actually worked pretty well, I've used it on me and a few others and we haven't had any reactions to it, but it's different for everyone so it's better to be careful.The stain starts off orange and about half a day later it'll turn into a brown shade, then become a deeper brown the next day. Depending on the area the stain might come off quickly, or have an orange tint/ring around it. I like to do the pads of my fingers and it does just that. This stains for about a week at best, which is good if you're a little indecisive like me lol. If you want it out faster you can just scrub it off after a few days. It smells pleasant, and probably does have some chemicals in it for longer shelf life. Speaking of, freeze it when you're not using it. It makes it last longer.It's fun though, great if you want to test out some tattoo ideas or just want to personalize yourself. I still have a little over two cones and I've drawing tons of different stuff on myself.
the consistency of the henna is pretty good and its relatively easy to control (although it comes out quite quickly) but i had to pipe out a good amount of dried henna at the tip of the cone, which was extremely thick and hard to pipe. once i got past that it was pretty easy to pipe.
